The fruit and vegetable products of Azerbaijan were demonstrated at “Fruit Logistica 2019” the international fruit and vegetable exhibition held in Berlin, Germany on 6-8 February.

14 Azerbaijan companies acting in the field of fruit and vegetable production have presented their products under the national stand “Made in Azerbaijan” organized by Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) under support of the Ministry of Economics. The national stand “Made in Azerbaijan” prepared in special taste and design was met with interest by the exhibition visitors.

The discussions were conducted on export of Azerbaijan products, the early agreements were obtained within the exhibition. So, the company “Gilan FMCG” has signed the contract on export of tomato to Germany.

Azerbaijan company “Mars FK” has made arrangement on export of pomegranate to England, the company “Balkhurma” of dried dates to Germany, and the company “D Fruits” of its products manufactured to the United Arab Emirates.

And the company “Bina Agro” has conducted negotiations on export of its products to Russia and Sudan, and on co-production of products in Azerbaijan with the companies of the Netherlands.
