AZPROMO hosted a meeting with Mohamed Adil Embarch, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

At the meeting, Yusif Abdullayev, head of AZPROMO, spoke about the work done and measures undertaken by AZPROMO to develop the country's non-oil sector and constantly improve the business environment as well as to expand exports and promote the ‘Made in Azerbaijan’ brand, and foreign investments. He provided informat=ion about the National Export Strategy prepared by the Ministry of Economy to support export operations.

Ambassador of Morocco to Azerbaijan Mohamed Adil Ambarch stressed that relations between the two countries develop in various fields, including the economic sphere, and business meetings are important to identify new areas of cooperation as well as to expand the countries' bilateral cooperation.

The business meeting focused on measures taken to ensure the development of business and investment climate in Azerbaijan and Morocco, including an increase in mutual export and investment potential between the two countries and the establishment of cooperation with the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency (AMDIE).
