How does AZPROMO support the increase of non-oil exports, promotion of the brand 'Made in Azerbaijan,' the sale, and distribution of Azerbaijani products in foreign markets?

AZPROMO conducts large-scale activities to stimulate the country's export and investment opportunities and promote the 'Made in Azerbaijan' brand and ensure further recognition of the local products in international markets. In this regard, one of the priorities has been the promotion of the 'Made in Azerbaijan brand as a quality trademark and the expansion of exports of competitive, high-quality Azerbaijani products to foreign markets under this trademark. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 5 October 2016 provides for the large-scale measures to ensure the promotion of the national non-oil sector products to foreign markets under the 'Made in Azerbaijan' brand and introduces 11 different mechanisms to ensure the recognition of this brand abroad and promotion of exports. 

These measures include export missions, customer missions to Azerbaijan, covered expenses for export promotion, market research, participation in international exhibitions and fairs through a single national stand, individual participation in international exhibitions and fairs, promotion of the 'Made in Azerbaijan' brand by state legal entities or companies with a controlling interest owned by the state, using public places of foreign countries and international media for promotion, obtaining the International Certificate, research, development programs, and projects. Entirely at the expense of the state, these mechanisms ensure access of Azerbaijani products complying with appropriate standards to various markets.
