Baku hosted a bilateral meeting of Azerbaijani and Belarusian business circles organized by the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO. Representatives of more than 20 companies from the two countries engaged in forestry, building materials, and furniture production attended the event.
Informing about the favorable business and investment environment created in our country, AZPROMO Advisor Tural Hajili spoke about the importance of expanding ties between the business people of the two countries and the successful operation of the Azerbaijan Trade House in Belarus as well as noted the great potential for expanding cooperation.
Vladimir Chushev, Deputy Chargé d'Affaires in the Republic of Belarus in Azerbaijan, noted the increase in trade turnover between our countries, cooperation in various economic areas, and the importance of promoting business meetings to develop relations, stressing the interest of Belarusian companies to participate in the projects implemented in our liberated territories.
The meeting included an exchange of views on expanding trade and economic partnership, the development of relations between the business community, and bilateral meetings among entrepreneurs.
