The meeting focused on discussing opportunities to intensify cooperation between the business circles of our countries during the 38th TEI International Exhibition to be held in Indonesia.

Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO was represented at the event "Business Meeting 2023" organized by the Embassy of Indonesia in Azerbaijan to promote the 38th Indonesia Trade Exhibition (TEI).

Speaking at the event, Indonesian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan, Hildy Hamidi, expressed her country's interest in expanding economic and trade relations with Azerbaijan. The Ambassador discussed the opportunities for the development of trade partnerships between the two countries offered by the 38th TEI International Exhibition scheduled to be held in Jakarta in October.

Deputy Executive Director of AZPROMO Zohrab Gadirov provided information on the activities of the Agency, including support measures provided by AZPROMO to entrepreneurs at exhibitions organized abroad, especially in Asia. It was noted that the Indonesian market has important prospects in terms of diversifying our country's non-oil exports.

It is worth noting that the 38th Indonesia International Trade Expo (TEI), which will be held on October 18-22, is a hybrid event combining seminars, B2B meetings, and other business platforms. More than 1,200 companies representing the energy, chemical, food, medical, and textile sectors are expected to participate in the exhibition.
