The meeting addressed such issues as the expansion of trade and economic ties between business circles of the two countries and the implementation of joint events.

The delegation of the Turkiye-Azerbaijan Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkiye (DEIK) held a meeting at the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO.

During the meeting, AZPROMO head Yusif Abdullayev and Kemal Kologlu, chairman of the Turkiye-Azerbaijan Business Council of DEIK, discussed such issues as the expansion of economic and trade ties between the business circles of our countries, the work carried out in this area, and the possibility of holding joint activities. The two sides exchanged views on the organization of the Azerbaijani-Turkish Investment and Finance Forum in Baku in December 2023, AZPROMO export mission to Turkiye in 2024, "Investment Roadshow" events in Turkiye, and also discussed possibilities of holding a future Azerbaijani-Turkish Interregional Forum.
