Within the framework of the visit, the Chinese delegation held meetings with representatives of many state and private entities of Azerbaijan, as well as visited production enterprises.

Following the meeting held by the Azerbaijani delegation headed by Minister of Economy Mikail Jabbarov in the People's Republic of China in September 2023 with representatives of "Sino-Foreign Economic Cooperation (Beijing) Science and Trade" company, which is an Azerbaijani operator of trading houses operating in China, the representatives of the company came to Azerbaijan on a visit organized by the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO and the Office of the Trade Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the People's Republic of China.

To expand the range of products offered by Azerbaijani trading houses operating in China, increase the number of cooperating Azerbaijani companies, and study the country's market opportunities, the delegation led by Wang Weiwei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, met with Deputy Minister of Economy Samed Bashirli, representatives of SOCAR, SOCAR Polymer, AZPROMO, the Economic Zones Development Agency (EZDA), and residents of industrial parks within the framework of the visit.

In addition, the delegation familiarized itself with the activities of oil refining, food, and wine-making enterprises that operate in the chemical and agricultural sectors in different regions of the country, and discussed partnership prospects. The representatives of "Sino-Foreign Economic Cooperation (Beijing) Science and Trade" also participated in the Second Grape and Wine Festival held in Shemakha.
