The parties discussed possibilities of developing trade and investment relations.

The Export and Investment Promotion Agency – AZPROMO and the Albanian Investment Corporation held an online meeting. During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on issues of foreign strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Albania, implementation of mutual investment initiatives and development of trade. The importance of experience exchange and the necessity of increasing contacts to strengthen connections between business circles were emphasised.

Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of AZPROMO, spoke about the potential for partnership and investment opportunities, emphasising the importance of strengthening partnerships and exploring various avenues of cooperation to stimulate economic growth and development.

The Executive Director of the Albanian Investment Corporation, Ms. Elira Kokona, spoke about the importance of strong political and trade relations in facilitating trade and investments. She also presented proposals for joint cooperation in organising fairs and events, attracting investments in priority projects, and exploring real estate investments.

In the course of the meeting, questions of interest to the other side were answered, AZPROMO stated its readiness to provide the necessary support and an agreement was reached to organise further meetings for entrepreneurs from both countries.
