Azerbaijan’s pavilion at the expo highlights the country’s favorable business and investment environment, including potential investment projects.

The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE 2024) is taking place at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, organized by China’s Ministry of Commerce, the Shanghai Municipal Government, and the China International Import Expo Bureau. The expo hosts companies from over 100 countries, showcasing their products and services.

Azerbaijan’s national pavilion, presented with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the Trade Representative Office of Azerbaijan in China, and the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) showcases the country’s achievements and potential in sectors such as tourism, innovation, green energy, industry, agriculture, culture, and carpet weaving. The pavilion also features information on the newly opened "Istisu" mineral water plant in Kalbajar, Azerbaijan’s favorable business and investment climate, potential projects, and a wide range of products under the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand.

Visitors to the Azerbaijan pavilion have the opportunity to explore various Azerbaijani products, including wine, brandy, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as confectionery, pomegranate juice, and more. Additionally, tasting events have been held, and detailed catalogs about Azerbaijani products have been distributed. A special area is also designated for B2B meetings.

Led by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, the Azerbaijani delegation, which includes government officials visiting Shanghai, has toured CIIE 2024 and examined the products and services on display at the Azerbaijan pavilion.

The expo will continue until November 10.
