Azerbaijan-Bulgaria Business Forum, supported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized by Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) took place on 29 September in Baku Business Centre.
More than 120 business people representing industry, transport and logistics, agriculture, IT, oil and gas, construction, engineering services, furniture, insurance, consultancy, trade and other spheres attended the event along with the officials from Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.
The president of AZPROMO Rufat Mammadov and the representative of the Embassy of Bulgaria to Azerbaijan Dimitar Lilov introduced presentations on business and investment climates of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria, respectively.
During the event, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between AZPROMO and Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency, AZPROMO and Bulgaria-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce, Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Sofia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency.
B2B meetings discussing economic relations and perspectives for cooperation followed the official part of the event.
