As reported, the traditional International Green Week exhibition in the field of food, agriculture, and horticulture takes place in Berlin, Germany. With the support of the Ministry of Economy and the organizational assistance of the Agency for Export and Investment Promotion - AZPROMO, 15 Azerbaijani companies working in the field of wine, dried fruits, mineral water, meat, and meat products, salt, tea, and confectionery products presented their products at a single country stand 'Made in Azerbaijan,' while visitors are introduced to our national cuisine. Azerbaijani products arouse great interest among visitors.
On the first day of the exhibition, Georgian Minister of Agriculture Otar Shamukia, Uzbek Minister of Agriculture Aziz Voitov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Germany Nasimi Agayev, and others visited Azerbaijan's stand. Yusif Abdullayev, head of AZPROMO, provided information about the non-oil export potential and geography of our country, investment, and business opportunities.
Notably, it is the 13th time that Azerbaijan is represented at International Green Week, which is considered to be the largest exhibition in Europe. More than 4000 companies from 60 countries participate in this year's exhibition.
The exhibition will continue until January 29.
