To ensure the production and export of traditional Agdam wine while maintaining its reputation and quality, the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan – AZPROMO has implemented the state registration of the trademark and geographical indication "Agdam wine," and activities in this area are currently underway. At this stage, the rules of use of the traditional trademark "Agdam wine" have been developed and approved.

Entrepreneurs wishing to engage in the production of the said wine should apply to AZPROMO following the rules. Entrepreneurs who do not have the right to use the "Agdam Wine" trademark are not allowed to produce this wine and use the trademark. AZPROMO will help the producers to obtain the right according to the following rules.
