During the meeting, the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Fuad Najafli noted that the approval of the "State Program of Social and Economic Development of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027" by the Head of State has laid the foundation for the commencement of a new stage of social and economic development of Nakhchivan. It was reported that measures are actively taken to stimulate entrepreneurship and exports. Cooperation with AZPROMO is of particular importance for the promotion of local products on export markets and the implementation of the region's export potential.
Yusif Abdullayev, head of AZPROMO, stressed the importance of a more effective application of export promotion mechanisms given Nakhchivan's important export potential. The application of logistics subsidies will make a significant contribution to the achievement of the export potential of the autonomous republic, ensuring the increased competitiveness of products produced in Nakhchivan in foreign markets.
The meeting included an exchange of views on opening a representative office of the Agency in Nakhchivan to establish a closer and permanent connection with AZPROMO.

Minister of Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan Tapdig Aliyev spoke about expanding the geography of exports from Nakhchivan, providing active support to entrepreneurs, and holding field meetings at this level. To promote exports, it was proposed to make business plans within the framework of cooperation with AZPROMO.
Yusif Abdullayev, head of AZPROMO, noted that the agency is ready to support the private sector to increase exports from Nakhchivan and ensure the participation of entrepreneurs in international exhibitions and export missions.
The sides discussed possibilities for the implementation of mechanisms to promote the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand and subsidize logistics. The parties exchanged views on the opening of the AZPROMO representative office in Nakhchivan.

Several manufacturing enterprises operating in Nakhchivan were introduced.
