Within the framework of the business trip of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO to Saudi Arabia, the representatives of the Agency held meetings with several structures of the city of Riyadh.

Meeting with the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD)

During the meeting, the parties discussed the organization of joint events and networking between the companies. The sides also exchanged views on holding an event on Digital Economy in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in May this year and an event on Sustainable Agriculture to be held in Azerbaijan in November this year. In addition, information was provided on the planned tourism forum to be held in Pakistan in September and important events to be held in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of AZPROMO, informed about the first Azerbaijan Investment Forum to be held on the sidelines of COP-29 and emphasized the importance of this platform in terms of bilateral sustainable partnership.

Khattab Group informed about the production of cardboard and plastic packaging and insulation by the group in Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia and expressed interest in investing in our country.
