The "Invest in Azerbaijan" event held in Vienna presented business opportunities and the investment environment of our country, restoration of the occupied territories, etc.

The "Invest in Azerbaijan" event was held with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of Azerbaijan - AZPROMO, the Azerbaijan-Austria Chamber of Commerce, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, and the Austrian Chamber of Industry in the Austrian capital Vienna, and was jointly organised by the Office of the Trade Representative of Azerbaijan in Central Europe in the Republic of Poland and the Embassy of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Austria.

During the event, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan in Austria Rovshan Sadigbeyli and President of the Azerbaijan-Austria Chamber of Commerce Gerald Gestbayer delivered a welcoming speech and spoke about Azerbaijan-Austria foreign trade relations and potential areas of cooperation. The Trade Representative of Azerbaijan in Central European Countries and a member of the Trade Representative's Office made presentations on business opportunities and investment environment in Azerbaijan, industrial and agro-parks, reconstruction and construction works in the liberated territories, transit and logistic potential of our country, website www.invest.gov.az, and answered the questions of the participants.

The event was attended by representatives of Austrian companies active in the construction industry, production of various machinery and equipment, renewable energy, agriculture, and the chemical industry.
