Azerbaijan's investment potential presented in Poland

The conference, organized in Warsaw, provided information on investment opportunities in our country, special economic zones, territories freed from occupation, and the favorable business climate created in our country for foreign investors.

A practical conference "Doing Business in Asian Countries - How to Be Successful" was held in Warsaw under the auspices of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The main purpose of the event was to provide practical advice on business opportunities, the expansion of Polish companies in these markets and the establishment of bilateral business relations in the countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia, which are characterized by their favorable geographical location, the richness of natural resources, transport, logistics, and transit opportunities associated with their location in the Middle Corridor.

Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Poland Nargiz Gurbanova delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. Then Azerbaijan's Trade Representative for Central Europe Nemat Nagdaliyev, President of the Polish-Asian Chamber of Commerce Janusz Piechocinski, President of the Polish-Kazakh Chamber of Commerce and Industry Piotr Guzowski, President of the Polish-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jawahar Singh, and Malgorzata Bonikowska, Head of the Research Center for International Relations, political scientist and academician, spoke at the panel discussion "Polish Companies in the Asian Market: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and India."

The Trade Representative of Azerbaijan in Central European Countries informed about the current state of bilateral economic relations between Azerbaijan and Poland, the work of the Trade Representation in this field, the possibilities of foreign investments in Azerbaijan, including special economic zones and business opportunities offered to foreign investors in the liberated territories. It was noted that the Trade Representation is ready to support the development of business relations between Polish companies and partners from Azerbaijan.
