The session focused on the application of approaches resulting from the experience of "Made in Italy" in the development of the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand and the prospects of strengthening the national brand in the world markets.
The Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO took part in the session jointly organised by the School of Business of ADA University and the Italian Luisa University to present the 'Made in Azerbaijan' double degree Master's programme in Global Management and Policy (GMAP). The meeting, which was attended by representatives of several relevant state institutions, was devoted to discussing the possibilities of promoting the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand at the international level.
Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of AZPROMO, spoke about the work being done to promote the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand internationally. It was noted that the experience of "Made in Italy" will play an important role in increasing Azerbaijan's export potential, and the educational programme implemented jointly with ADA University will make an important contribution to this area.
Elkin Nurmamedov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at ADA University, said that the initiative was important for increasing the global competitiveness of Azerbaijani products. Marco Mazzu, Professor of Marketing Practice at Luis University, and Carlo Fei, Professor of Luxury Brand Management Practice, spoke about the experience of "Made in Italy". It was emphasised that the knowledge gained through the 'Made in Azerbaijan' educational programme will be important for strengthening the national brand in the international market.
The session was devoted to the discussion of the experience of "Made in Italy" and the prospects of using strategic approaches for the development of the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand.
