The meeting focused on investment opportunities in the liberated territories, participation in the reconstruction process, and the development of cooperation in various sectors.

A meeting with a Chinese delegation led by the Vice-President of the China Association for International Economic Cooperation (CAFIEC) and Director of the International Investment and Cooperation Committee, Wang Weiwei, was held at the Export and Investment Promotion Agency – AZPROMO.

At the meeting, AZPROMO Executive Director Yusif Abdullayev provided information on the Agency's activities, the favourable business climate created for investors and the reconstruction processes underway in the liberated territories. It was noted that AZPROMO is ready to provide comprehensive support for the expansion of activities of Chinese companies in our country.

CAFIEC Vice-President Wang Weiwei stressed that the concession mechanisms applied in the liberated territories increase the attractiveness of the investment environment. According to him, they are interested in participating in the reconstruction of these territories and the creation of regional logistics warehouses in Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the possibilities of attracting investments to the Azerbaijani pipe industry, production of sanitary equipment, and ceramic products as well as the prospects of partnership in these areas, implementation of investment projects, and development of joint activities.
