The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan hereby announces the commencement of accepting applications from exporters to participate in the unified national pavilion at the “China International Fair for Trade in Services 2026 (CIFTIS 2026),” to be held in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, from 9 to 13 September 2026.

The maximum number of exporters to participate in the unified national pavilion: 10 companies.

Participants will be selected on a competitive basis.

The sectors (products) covered by the exhibition include: Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and digital services, financial and insurance services, construction and engineering services, tourism and cultural services, logistics, transportation and supply chain management, green energy solutions and environmental services, other business and professional service sectors.

The competition is organized by Minister of Economy - Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan – AZPROMO.

The competition will be organized on 13 August 2026 at Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) on the basis of the “Rules for the Organization and Conduct of the Competition for the Selection of Exporters to Participate in Support Measures,” approved by Decision No. 470 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 31 October 2018.

Selection criteria:

• production capacity of the exporter for the services to be presented – 10 points;
• export potential of the services to be presented to the target country – 10 points;
• whether the entrepreneur has prior export experience (indicating the value of the exported services) – 5 points;
• minimum passing score based on the total criteria: 20 (twenty) points.

For participation in the unified national pavilion, the following documents have to be submitted to Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO):

• Application form;
• Terms and conditions for participation in the support programme;
• Documents or information confirming the exporter’s export potential and prior export experience;
• Certificate(s) from the tax authority regarding turnover for the last one year and absence of tax arrears;
• Bank account statement reflecting transactions carried out during the 365 days preceding the submission of the application.
