Tomorrow International Food Exhibition “ANUGA” starts in Cologne, Germany. At the exhibition that will continue till 11 October, products of more than 7400 companies from various countries will be exhibited.

At the exhibition, which hosts about 160,000 visitors annually, Azerbaijan will be represented by “Made in Azerbaijan” national stands in Food and Drinks Pavilion. Supported by the Ministry of Economy and organized by AZPROMO, fruit juices, various wines, natural mineral water, and fruits, hazelnut, confectioneries, tea, dried fruits and other goods produced by Azerbaijani companies will be exhibited in Drinks and Food Pavillion, respectively. Generally, Azerbaijan will be represented by more than 20 local companies at “ANUGA”.

It should be noted that promotional banners for "Made in Azerbaijan" were placed at entrances to the exhibition. Besides, "Made in Azerbaijan" is promoted via the exhibition guide and catalogue. Plus, videos on history and culture of Azerbaijan are presented at the exhibition.

“ANUGA” is the 4th exhibition where Azerbaijan is represented by the national stand. Prior to this, our national stands at the International Food Exhibition "Gulfood 2017" in Dubai, "Worldfood Moscow 2017" in Moscow, and International Wine Exhibition "Prowein 2017" in Dusseldorf were organized. Costs relating to organization of the national stands at international exhibitions and fairs are covered by the state budget.
