Pomegranate exporters received information on certification and export procedures.

An online meeting with pomegranate exporters took place. Employees of the Ministry of Agriculture, State Customs Committee, Food Safety Agency, Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), Export and Investment Promotion Agency – AZPROMO, Association of Pomegranate Producers and Exporters participated in the meeting.

To ensure diversification of exports, the meeting participants received information on quality standards required to bring pomegranate to new export markets, the support measures provided by AZPROMO, especially regarding certification and corporatization, with answers provided to farmers' questions.
