The event focused on such issues as current problems of the insolvency (bankruptcy) institute, issues related to the legal status of an insolvency practitioner in the CIS countries, and opportunities for interstate cooperation.

The International Anti-Crisis Congress "Parade Assembly" was held in Saint-Petersburg. The event was attended by a representative of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO.

The two-day congress was attended by representatives of public authorities, ministries, and specialized agencies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Tajikistan. During the event, participants exchanged views to summarize trends and best practices of Russia and CIS countries in the field of crisis management.

The congress included speeches by representatives and heads of government authorities, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the National Association of Crisis Management Professionals, self-regulatory organizations of arbitration managers, financial companies, electronic trading platforms, lawyers, and arbitration managers. The participants discussed topical problems of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy), issues related to the legal status of an arbitration manager in the CIS countries, and opportunities for interstate cooperation, including increasing investment attractiveness, mediation, and other issues.
