Organization of buyer missions to Azerbaijan

Taking into account the trade and economic relations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the export potential of non-oil products and the requests filed by exporters, the Ministry of Economy shall determine the dates of the buyer missions along with their foreign participants and publish the relevant information on its official website.

The duration of each buyer mission shall not exceed 6 (six) days, while the number of buyers participating in each mission shall not exceed 10 (ten) people. Only one person can represent the buyer during each mission. The number of buyer missions organized within one calendar year shall not exceed 20 (twenty).       

The Ministry of Economy shall cover the organizational logistics (i.e. hotels, international air transport, and domestic transport (except for taxis), translation services, rental of meeting facilities, and equipment) and associated costs related to the visit of foreign nationals participating in the buyer mission to Azerbaijan.

​Foreign nationals participating in the buyer mission shall be defined under the criteria approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
